Sojourner Consumer Partners, a private equity firm focused on high-potential consumer brands, is pleased to announce the addition of Linda Naselli as Chief Operating Officer. Linda’s appointment reflects Sojourner’s continued commitment to building a team with diverse perspectives and distinct spikes of expertise across operations, investing, and value creation.

As Chief Operating Officer, Linda Naselli will oversee firm operations and play a critical role in enhancing portfolio support, internal infrastructure, and strategic execution. Linda brings deep experience from senior operating and leadership roles across consumer and private-equity-backed businesses, where she has led management teams to professionalize operations, scale organizations, and support transformational growth initiatives. Linda was most recently CEO and CFO at Reliance Vitamin, where she led the organization to double EBITDA, resulting in a successful sale to a private equity buyer. Prior to Reliance, she was CFO of Michael Angelos Gourmet Food and effectively scaled the brand resulting in its 2017 sale to Sovos Brands.
