Sojourner Appoints Emily Fong Mitchell as CEO of Lornamead Products to Lead Company’s Next Phase of Growth
Sojourner Consumer Partners portfolio company Lornamead Products, a diversified manufacturer and marketer of specialty oral care and personal care brands, announced the appointment of Emily Fong Mitchell as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s next phase of growth, alongside the retirement of long-time CEO Randy Sloan, who will transition to Vice Chair of the Board after 18 years of leadership.
Under Sloan’s stewardship, Lornamead navigated multiple economic cycles while strengthening its reputation for product quality, customer service, and employee safety. Mitchell brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across oral care and personal care, including senior roles at Colgate-Palmolive and most recently as President and General Manager of Ball Aluminum Cups. Her appointment underscores Sojourner’s continued focus on investing in proven leadership to accelerate brand innovation, expand oral health solutions, and advance digital capabilities across the platform.
